AZIENDA
La Istam spa è un'azienda specializzata nella progettazione, costruzione degli stampi e stampaggio dei particolari in lamiera e in fibra, su disegno fornito dal cliente.
Essa opera nel campo della lavorazione meccanica dal 1973, anno della sua fondazione.
Dal 1994 ad oggi, con le nuove normative in ambito di sicurezza, la Istam ha migliorato il proprio ambiente di lavoro, per un totale di 1600 mq, costruendo attorno alle presse delle cabine di protezione contro il rumore e dotando le macchine dei ripari necessari a preservare i lavoratori dagli infortuni. La dotazione attuale delle macchine consiste in 18 presse meccaniche che vanno da 25 a 250 tonnellate; un centro di lavoro a controllo numerico, oltre naturalmente alle macchine tradizionali come torni, frese, trapani, molatrici e
rettificatrici. La progettazione delle attrezzature viene eseguita mediante sistema cad/cam; le
lavorazioni vengono svolte nell'officina, garantendo, inoltre, una veloce manutenzione delle attrezzature.
I controlli, durante tutte le fasi di produzione, vengono eseguiti mediante sistema tridimensionale e altre macchine specifiche, il tutto volto ad un continuo miglioramento operando in conformità alla norma UNI EN ISO 9002 (dal maggio 1999), con la quale la Istam spera di poter offrire ai clienti un prodotto e un servizio in linea con le sue aspettative.

 tubi forati per filtrazione (in banda nera e banda stagnata) con diametri di 26, 36 e 40 mm, di lunghezze variabili da 30 a 229 mm;

 staffe in genere;
•
 boccole distanziali;
•
 coperchi per filtrazione;

 fondelli vari e valvole by-pass sempre per filtrazione.


OUR COMPANY
Istam S.p.A. is specialised in the design and manufacture of dies and in the forming of customised components in sheet and fibre materials.
It has been operating in the field of mechanical machining since 1973, the year of its foundation.
The new safety standards, implemented from 1994 to this date, have enabled Istam to improve its facilities, which now cover 1.600 square metres, by building soundproof cabins around the dies and equipping the machinery with the guards required to protect workers from industrial accidents. The current outfit comprises 18 mechanical dies with capacities ranging from 25 to 250 tons, a CNC workstation in addition to traditional equipment like lathes, cutters, drilling machines, grinders and grinding systems. Equipment is designed with a CAD/CAM system. Processes are carried out in the workshop, which guarantees a fast servicing of the equipment.
Checks, during all the manufacturing phases, are carried out through 3D systems and other special machines that ensure a continuous improvement and a complete compliance with standard UNI EN ISO 9002 (applied since 1999), by means of which Istam hopes to be able to offer its customers products and services able to satisfy all their needs.
